After this "wonderful" change (I miss abyssal so much tbh), if I am against a scary AP champion (like Kata), I either get a useless negatron that builds into nothing useful for a mage, or buy that 25MR thing that does little to nothing.
Can you just make negatron a banshee's component like it was for abyssal? Please.

The new Veil is essentially the same as giving away Malzahar's free passive to anyone who wants it with the bonus of AP.
