Since you can't really leave your Zz'rot Portal alone like you used to..

What if you could pick it up and move it? Increase the base cooldown, but you can now click your own portal to pick it up to refund a large portion of its remaining CD so you can move it to a better position as you continue to push forward, or to not leave it behind when you're fleeing. I'd say give it maybe a 5 second channel time to pick up so it's not so easily saved when you're in immediate danger.

Idk, maybe that'd put it back to "Way too OP" status. I enjoy throwing around new ideas more for fun than balance :P
