At least nerf another stat to make up for it. At least reduce the % healed. Omnivamp is so incredibly strong on champions that can use it. Now every AD champ can use omnivamp.

DD was a strong item as is, this buff is literally directed at Jax and can smd.
I think it is a nice change now to introduce it to champions that in the past may have been hesitant to purchase it due to dealing primarily magic damage (Shyvana). Now I don't feel so bad when I buy it.
Or are they changing it to not stack.
If only we had an AP version that healed off everything...
Gunblade is the closest we get and it's a hybrid item. Lot of wasted stats on AP only users.

What was so toxic about having spell vamp on an item with AP? They seem to have no qualms about adding it to both a hybrid item and an AD item...
