DuskDaUmbreon2 votesAmumu has his passive (Basically a Zoe E minus the sleep) and most likely had blue smite (His passive would have increased the true damage for Akali and Brand as well).
Brand probably got a lot from Amumu's passive. Don't quite know how he got to 6k, though. Maybe he stole a lot of red buffs? That seems likely, given the fact Ezreal only has 378 true damage.
Zed...probably red buff? I dunno how he got quite that much, but odds are red contributed a lot to it.
