Riot do something for this guy please.. Lane bully my ass.... any meta support can 1v1 a lucian its so sad to see... Give him a Auto attack range buff or something... give his ult a longer range again... make his w scale off ad.. something pls.... cant play mobile adc in a meta where u want mobility
