Ruby Sightstone should grant 5 charges, not 4

I get that the "Item active cooldowns reduced by 10%" seems nice and all, but the only items I can think of which synergises with 's passive is . Now let's look at a few combos which synergies well with the "10% passive lowered" passive:

- Useful for Support champions - Useful for generous Top/Jungle tank champions - Rarely usable on any ADCs, but a tad useful for Jax. - Would be quite OP on a Jax since he can ward hop, but useless for Kayle - Nothing but Lee Sin buffs, and we don't want that. Still, these combos are hardly built at all. - Only Morgana support would purchase such a combo.

With these facts in mind, plus the fact that it uses two item slots(another one is Gold item like Relic), it's pretty reasonable that the Ruby Sightstone should at least grant 5 charges.

You forgot item 3512 item 3060 item 3142 item 3040 item 3092 item 3401 item 3069 item 3050 item 3800 item 3140

item 3512 : Who buys this?

item 3060 : It would be nifty, but I rarely see Support player buying this item doe.

item 3142 : Never seen a Lee Sin & Jax buying this one, so the combo is pretty much unseen, and not needed to be mentioned. Even if it were bought by any champions, would you think DPS champions care enough to buy Ruby Sightstone?

item 3040 : Not a single mage champion at mid lane buys Sightstone. Also not needed to be mentioned.

item 3092 item 3401 item 3069 : Majority preferred the Eye builds, but of course, if they were highly active in using the Actives, the combo would seem nice & useful.

item 3050 : Tbh, I have never bought this item before, so I can't really say much about it.

item 3800 : Hopefully either the tank junglers or supports are generous enough to buy those 2 items.

item 3140 : Rarely built due to stingy ADCs or mid laners, not needed to be mentioned.

I never see anyone BUT supports build this tbh maybe excluding hyper-tank tops like

Well it needs some sort of buff anyways. It's just almost never worth the gold right now to the point where if there's literally anything else left you can build, you shouldn't bother getting the Ruby Sightstone yet. Although maybe if you happened to have something like: item 3092 item 3190 item 3222 item 3060 but I'd find it very rare that anyone would happen to make that exact combination.
