Why doesn't Aegis/Locket have a particle for its aura?

I'm going to post this here because I'm not sure where else to put it.

I was spectating someone and I literally could not tell who was under aegis's influence and who was not. How do you tell? Why doesn't it have a cool particle associated with it?
