can we please add this QOL change to the clinet RE: rune and mastery pages.

So obviously we have multiple rune and mastery pages right? well in the client, currently next to the name of your currently selected page, of either or, theres a little button with an up arrow and a down arrow '^' and 'v' but clicking those just brings up a menu where you have to click which rune page you want to select. CURRENTLY YOU CAN NOT CLICK TO SCROLL THROUGH THE PAGES WITHOUT BRINGING UP THAT MENU.

Can we add a QOL change so that these arrows actually scroll without bringing up that menu? Im sick and tired of clicking it then this annoying menu pops up, id rather just click to scroll to the one i want...

ALSO while we are at QOL changes: can we have it so we can make changes to multiple rune pages/mastery pages without having to save each one after done editing it? I want to be able to make changes to all my masteries and runes, then save them all at once.
