Lucian going to get any sort of compensation buff?

I ask because since the league of lucian his win rate in plat plus since his nerf has went down every single patch. While its not super low right now there is another nerf coming in the increase of gold cost for Essence Reaver. His win rate dropped after the Cutlass increase and Is going to more than likely go down again with the price increase of ER. I know most people going to be mad at this post but a little bit of added damage to his W again should be enough of a buff seeing as the mana nerf has proven to be enough. Even if its the pog champ 5 damage increase to it I think it'd be a worthwhile buff to compensate the cost of his items.

rather then buffing lucian we need to nerf the overperforming adcs, since a majority of marksman are below 50%, with only sivir, draven, ashe, jinx twitch, kog and mf above 50%

why does lucian need compensation buffs? he's a meta adc. he's a pro play champion. he is already stronger by far then many older champions. there have been multiple long stretches of time of him being fotm.(and even now he's still good) just because he isn't fotm as of now doesn't mean he needs buffs. this is like asking why not buff yasuo because he's not overperforming as much as he was 2 or 3 patches ago? this thread makes no sense. why are you even asking for lucian buffs? why does a meta champion like him need a buff???? why do we need to buff people like lucian? he is in the same category as zed,yasuo and many other meta champs. if anything shouldn't you be glad he's being nerfed indirectly?

this is like asking for yasuo or zed or lee sin to be buffed just because they aren't top dog of their respective patch. this makes no sense at all. lucians a fan favorite meta champ. almost everyone has mastery 7 with him. he's one of the most popular and picked adcs of his patch whenever he's remotely strong. just because hes not out of the line for this patch doesn't mean he needs to buffed. there are countless more underpowered champions in need of riots attention then lucian. i don't get you OP. why didn't you bring up say tristana or actual weak/up adcs? why did you bring up lucian? why did you bring up a meta adc? he is on the same level as kaisa and company.
