Let's take a look at Annie?

I've mained Annie since late season 4 and since then she was constantly nerfed and had her passive revealed and never was compensated other then the tibbers change. She's very weak and i'm wondering if theres any plans to visit her and probably give her a tiny bit of power or some sort of change.
