Would I be banned if I changed my announcer pack to gangplanks? I read a forum about a guy who did but want to hear it from you or any rioter because you've been active :)

I've got a quote from Riot Draggles here that says they don't ban for VO exclusive modding, but you'll always want to refer to the following post for guidelines on determining what is and is not ok, plus a Riot thread on their 3rd party app policy. The short of it is that it can't have other features that are against policy even if you aren't using that feature, and using 3rd party apps is done at your own risk and may cause client errors;

Anyone who claims they were banned for a voice over modification either is misattributing his ban to a VO when it was caused by another application or modification, or they were banned because the application used for the VO modification also had additional functionalities that gave users the potential for unfair gameplay advantages.
