So the game began and I was camped throughout laning phase and had a bad game in general so a player I had in that game added me after the game, I assumed it was to tell me what I did wrong or insult me so I prepared for what I thought the worst but this player goes on using hate speech. can I report this behavior in a ticket?

Why would you add that one . If you know you did bad that game and sombody wanna add you afther that it cant be good. And no people getting punisht for what they say in champ select in game and lobby. Not for private chats like that.

No. You even saw it coming. What the fuuuuuck. Riot doesnt usually punish for that because you opted to add the person on your FRIENDS list. So yeah, you cant just screw your friends by talking normally and then report them when they make a crass joke. Thatd be funny... but yeah, Riot wouldnt do that. So just move on dude. You honestly kind of deserve it imo. Especially now that you want to get them in trouble for doing what you thought they would, but added them anyways.
