When you get autofilled you first should automatically get more IP that game for not dodging the champ Queue.
When you win, you should get more LP for winning in a role you did not want to play.
When you lose, you should lose less LP for losing in a role that you did not want to play.
I think this is quite simple and fair for those who get dicked by Autofill in their games.
Or just learn how to play on other roles.
At the end of the season it would not matter. Everyone would have been autofilled globaly the same number of time. So It would be like if you gave +100 LP to everybody, but it's a ladder system, so if you give 100 to everybody, nobody moves.
Oh, it's untrue, do you know what it would really achieve ? People who never get autofilled, because they are main support would never benefits from these free LP, so they will start to queue for other roles and hope for an autofill when they do not have the protection. So this will make even more people get autofilled.
The other side effect is since MMR and LP win/lose are tied, the fact you have "too much" LP due to this "autofill compensation", will make you earn less LP and lose more LP on regular games.

One shouldn't be forced to autofill in the first place.
But yes, voluntarily autofilling should come with a reward. Extra LP gained and fewer LP lost is not a proper reward, though.
