@Riot - A few questions on Devour
Are you balancing melee AD champions around devour? Because a lot of them seem like they love to break the game due to the item.
Oh and what was the decision to make the devour proc on every other attack instead of every 3 attacks. It seemed totally different from the 3-hit era.
Finally, any chance for Challenging smite to work on single target spellcasts?
