How do I actually get better at this game

Something that actually works not "Learn from your mistakes" I need some actual advice like trading mechanics, lane manipulation etc.

I've been playing since season 2 but still suck at this game and I really want to start whooping some ass. Does any one know any youtuber or web site that can teach me how to get better for free.

Or if you are high elo what helped you get there.

I find a lot of Trick2G's "My Way" videos help. He breaks down games that he spectates and runs through what he would do instead. I think he does it with lower ELO games, so that might help you out.

Watching pro streamers might (keyword: MIGHT) help too. I say might because I'm not too sure how well of a visual learner you are. Voyboy is pretty good about explaining why he does certain things so that could work.

I only got to gold 5 season 4 so, if anyone got any better ideas just shoot. I started reading some builds in lolking and started experimenting masteries and runes. I started using smart cast which i found it really hard and frustrating at first. but once i got used to smart cast I started my first triple quads and pentas eventually. experiment different item combos. some ppl rage at me first 10 mins then shut the $#$% up when seeing my highest score at the end of the game. Just don't experiment in ranked XD try normals and customs it is even better to try first vs AI then normalthen change runes and masteries see the different out comes. Till you make good solid 4 main rune builds supp tank adc and what ever. Another way is to know the different champ abilities fastest way is ARAM try different item builds see what works what doesn't.

Play champs you feel comfortable with in SR to be more familiar with tactics around the map.

Yolo in howling abyss to practice your trading blows, skirmishes, pokes, dodging skillshots, and teamfight mechanics.

Watch SoloRenektonOnly for Top Lane guides. He is really good at explaining everything he is doing, why he's doing them, and what he could've done better at every point in the game. He uploads a Renekton game every day, and almost always a game with another top laner. He also has a fair amount of coaching videos, so he can really help you out.

For the Jungle, Trick2G and Nightblue3 are damn good teachers. Trick does more coaching than Nightblue, but Nightblue does a good job at explaining what he's trying to do in every situation.
