Nerf Tahm

Late game he has effectively 9k hp thanks to his shield. Shield has no cap. He has Mass Health Regeneration if he doesnt use his shield. He has 32% max health damage attack that isn't hard to do in prolonged fights with 9k hp.

Any advice on playing around him?
