climbing out of silver

Never has it been more difficult to hit gold than in season 8. Riot allows new players to get dumped in silver 5 or even bronze 1 after their placements and it causes the MMR to be thrown out of wack. Ive been gold twice in the past and this time it literally doesnt matter. I get summoner level 30s-40 that are playing troll picks or simply dont know how to build. I could play support get the adc early 5kills and they decide to buy into into the games always starts out so well. When i play mid, i will roam bot to hand my adc some kills but a minute later i hear enemy double kill or triple kill because my jungler tried to gank for them. Before i know it we got an enemy trist 24/1... so apparently this season u have to be able to win your own lane and all others in order to climb. Dmg is far too high compared to other seasons making outplays mechanics that much harder. *** why not make all new players just start bronze 5... it makes it that much easier for them to learn. I have been playing since season 1 and started ranked in season 2 i was silver when Elo was just a number, and almost gold when the new ranked system just hit. Either way i managed to hit gold twice and it has never been more difficult just trying to get out of silver 5... in any sport you dont just get a silver medal from just starting a competitive season u have to work your way up, why is it any different with league?*
