Dear Riot

We had 4 people. One was supp/top, one was top/bot, one was mid/top, and one was bot/supp. We had the mid/top go mid/jung so we could queue up (it wouldn't let us). And it worked. Then we told him, nah, just hit fill for the secondary. And it wouldn't let us go. Please let the fill function actually represent fill.
