magic Resist Build Path

Hello everyone,

I am just trying to get some information. I am sure there must be a reason (otherwise it wouldn't have been done) but why didn't Riot change the MR build paths to all include Null Magic Mantle as they did with Cloth armour?

It is currently a little bit annoying. I can only buy really small amounts of MR (which doesn't do much if the enemies burst mage mid got a kill or two) or a full item. Ironically the change that was supposed to improve MR flexibility inhibits it for me.

So yeah... Any information?

If the enemy burst mid got a lead, buy Spectre's Cowl. You'll need a Banshee's against a burst mage, anyways.

Or two Null-Magic Mantles for Abyssal.

720g for 40 MR is a lot easier to buy than 1000g for 50. If you don't have 1k gold then your option is 500g for 25.

Riot really should have made a path like cloth armor -> chain vest.
