Was looking for some assistance in a full AP build and a Full heal build.....as of current I use a build of the following:

But that only seems to go so far when trying to stay alive and help the team stay alive....and help is nice and I look forward to playing....thanks.

item 3107 item 3504 are both pretty crucial, how could you not build these items!? Rylai's on Soraka?? No sightstone??

Build should be: item 3158 item 3069 item 2045 item 3107 item 3190 item 3504 OR item 3222

item 3107 Should be your second item. It's huge for team fights. It's all but required for supports that benefit from it.
