Does it bug anyone else how close Original Quinn (& Valor) was to being a good Champion?
- Quinn never got the bug fixes and QoL changes that she deserved.
- Quinn never got the chance to use modern ADC itemization. Quinn existed back when there was very little variance in ADC builds - like 2 ADCs could build TriForce and the rest were forced to go IE PD BT LW every single game.
- Quinn never had access to 40% CDR.
- Quinn never had access to Assassin itemization.
- Quinn never got to use Keystone Runes/Masteries.
Quinn & Valor could have been a good Champion if Riot actually wanted her to be a good champion. The fact of the matter is that Quinn came out at a time when Riot didn't see Champions as Vanguards and Juggernauts and Battle Mages and Burst Mages - they saw Tanks and Tanks and Mages and Mages. And now Riot is too fucking lazy to fix old mistakes without putting them on a VGU list for years at a time.
