I just hate how good his stealth is. About same range as his AAs, with a movement speed bonus, means you never unstealth him before it's too late. Unless Control Wards, but he has increased MS so can just run off.

How often has a Twitch just stealthed when I came walking into lane and slipped off undetected/fast enough I can't keep up?

Huge damage, sure, but by this point ADCs bursting your entire team is almost to be expected.

I think my problem is he gets the assassin traits which I really like, but then also has some of the strongest team fighting abilities. The dude needs some work to play up one of the two bits about him. No reason to have the greatest teamfighting power for years now but also have newly amped assassin elements.

It doesn't matter how simple the idea is when that's already proposed in every thread. It's still the same problem: nothing new is being added to this circlejerk and every day you need to complain about Twitch existing when it's not going to become any less of a problem for several patches, hell maybe even the entire remainder of the season. And why is this thread even about the Shiv IE combo when Twitch builds hurricane?

You can't "catch him with hard CC" if he kills you in 3 autos attacking like 2 times per second.

The other problem is you cannot CC him and blow him up. There is always a Janna, or a Lulu, or a Jungler, waiting with support ults, shields, locket, redemption, etc.

So when you do hard CC him and think you're going to blow him up, he gets another 3,000 Health and you get CC'd and fucking mashed for trying.

Not that hard to, really. I mean, I've bursted him with a lot of different kinds of champions. Assassins, Mages, some other Marksmen (namely Xayah and Kalista, who leave "leftovers" for actual burst damage on their Es), Juggernauts, and whatever the fuck Mordekaiser is.

The trick is having the durability/sustain to get close enough to him in the first place, and having at least a strong slow (gunblade is strong enough for this). If you have both of those, you're able to kill him.

Hell, I even killed him under his own inhib turret.

Full build twitch is ~3k dps from stealth at 800 (or whatever his ult is, I'm on mobile) range. You would drop before getting an auto off on anyone that isn't trist, Vayne or kog. Which one would win out of them idk, but I would guess twitch due to him coming out of stealth and therefore getting the first auto off.

I'm out of country... the earliest I could do it would be next weekend. I've done the math multiple times though if that is what you mean. He has around 400 ad, 2.5 as, and 100% crit so the dps calculation comes out to about 2800. Add in statikk proc and it goes slightly over 3k. No squishy will live to/past the 3rd auto without investing into defenses.

well every one has a small amout of defence but yeah I agree his damage is nuts once full build. if he gets more then 2 autos off you are dead without a hp and armor item, and then it will only take 3-4

Where are you getting these made up numbers from? Just actually checked in a custom.

Level 18 Twitch with item 3031 item 3085 item 3087 item 3036 item 3139 item 3006 has 330 AD with ult popped and 2.28 AS coming out of stealth. He also only has 80% crit chance, not 100%.

Where exactly did this 400AD, 2.5 AS, and 100% crit come from exactly?

Second, in what world does Twitch do true damage on his autos? Even taking the BASE Armor from something like a Cait at level 18, thats going to reduce 45% of incoming physical damage with ZERO armor built. If she has a GA then that number goes over 50%.

Twitch's DPS in actuality is like a THIRD of the "over 3k" you claim.

I mean to summarize some key differences I notice for a start you avoided a red pot, you didn't sell boots, you bought a mercurial in a dps talk for some reason, bought a 50 ad lw item, and you are factoring in hypothetical armor into a dps calculation... notice I even said 3rd auto before, I clearly wouldn't mention the 3rd auto if I thought twitch was going to be doing true damage as no adc is going to have over 2.5k hp.

And yes if cait bought a ga she would live longer, notice the comment about investing into defenses I made. You should probably focus less on my ball park numbers while I am typing from memory in Mexico on my phone and realize that twitch is very good at killing things incredibly fast which is the whole point here.

Care to explain how the base armor that exists in the game is "hypothetical"? It's a fact. I was even being nice and not factoring in the 10 from runes that every single ADC has run since forever.

Average base armor at level 18 reduces incoming physical damage by ~45%. Thats not a hypothesis. I understand you want to stretch the BS as far as possible but god damn dude. Actually trying to deny base armor exists. Do you really not know what base armor is or something?

I said full build from the start, for a dps calculation purpose. You are acting like I would purposely avoid going for the highest dps build when that was the whole point.

As for the whole armor rant, I explained what I meant pretty accurately above. You are just throwing out an arbitrary 45% damage reduction number to make it sound like a big difference. Again ballpark numbers Caitlyn with armor included needs to take ~3800 physical damage assuming no pen at all to die at level 18, so about 3 twitch autos.

You're kind of a jerk going off on some minut detail instead of focusing on discussion. If you want to continue having a civil discussion I would tone it down a bit. Because at the end of the day I am the one trying to help you see that twitch is very capable of killing most things in 3-5 autos. I could very easily just ignore you and leave you to ignorance.

None of them have armor aside from Tabi and Zhonya's on Rammus. If that was a tank Rammus with Thornmail and Rightrous Glory (which costs the same as Zhonya's and Roa), Rammus would've lived long enough to kill Twitch.

Nautilus's ult is canceled upon his death, which would've CC'd Twitch longer. If that was a tank Nautilus with Cinderhulk and Rightrous Glory (which costs the same), Nautilus would've lived long enough to kill Twitch.

Vayne used ult in the fight that happened 10 seconds before hand, canceled an auto when she Q'd towards Twitch, and didn't bother condemning the Twitch who was taunted beside a wall. If any of those things changed, Vayne would've lived long enough to kill Twitch.

Literally all this clip shows is that Twitch is great at killing people who are way behind and not building resistances, which any ADC can do. Give any carry champ 4 core items vs a squishy team and they'll do great as well.

Ok then besides the fact that twitch is so far ahead, do you deny the fact that twitch has a abnormally good engage to fights, abnormally good range for the amount of dmg and true dmg he does, the fact that twitch is literally a better assassin then most other assassins, the fact that twitch is literally the same as pre reworked rengar was except he is a ranged version, not just in the sense that his dmg is unavoidable but he can oneshot squishies obviously not as fas but close. You can say this video doesnt show twitches full potential and his real blatant opness, but its literally fact that twitch is to much rn.

My whole point was that twitch's kit is really not ok, the video has faults but it doesnt change the fact that twitch is clearly not ok. The video literally was point out what the post was talking about how adc's with shiv and ie become clearly to much. And guess what twitch had shiv and ie, and if you dont understand that the post was literally specifically targeting twitch, along with others, you probably dont play the game. I dont understand how you can't say it wasn't relevant? Also I was talking specifically about twitches kit because it also adds to the problem.

Twitch is a late game hyper carry. If you prevent him from getting to that stage, he isn't bad. You have to treat him like a Draven, just gank him so he's behind and he'll need a lot of time to catch back up. His early game is crap anyway so ganking him will just make his already crap early game worse.
