Will we be getting any mastery/summoner spell changes this season?

I've been with League since it came out of beta, and every year they have changed the masteries and summoner spells. I always look forward to these changes, and I wanted to know if there is a chance that they may be changed again this year?

They said if they were to adjust the runes or masteries, it would be for a complete rework. It's not impossible that they'd rework in the middle of the season, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
