Skarner Rework Needs Rework

You made a lot of changes on Skarner in the last few months,Every time you change the passive and reduce his abilities,So now he doesn't even get attack speed on Q That is Dumb. Thats what i thing you should do:- You should bring back the bonus attack speed on Q and here is the trick,When skarner enters the field of his passive he get double the max stacks of his Q Thats a butter way for him cuz he is weak about side his passive area.
