Support has such a high impact that no other roles have any impact

People complain that champions like and are broken, but they are only S tier because they are always backed up by

It feels like every game is decided by two things: which support plays better or picks a more cc heavy champion. Nothing else matters. Jungle is always behind in xp, and nobody can engage on champions like Senna and Miss Fortune because the second you get in range, you are pummeled with CC. And while most tanks in the game are weak, you literally cant kill these tank supports.

It's so contradictory for rift herald to be so important and dragons early game to have such less of an impact, yet having supports and bot lane in general dictate the entire game. It's the worst type of meta. Remember in season 8 when ADC's were so broken that they decided the entire gameflow? That got changed in 8.11 and they got gutted. Now it's the exact same, where bot lane decides the entire game, except supports have the power instead. As a jungler main this is horrible for the meta. I'm not saying that junglers always need to be the ones deciding the game, but every single game feels like nothing i do matters. I could get both rift heralds, get a few kills top and mid, and get both their tier 1 turrets, all while setting the enemy jungler behind and being even on dragons. But unfortunately, my fed 3 kills to and if the enemy team groups we just lose every teamfight. It just feels like nothing any other role does matters in the end and it's not healthy.

TL;DR - Riots season 10 changes made supports dictate the whole game, and top/mid/jungle has no impact and doesn't matter.
