Yes? Not necessarily OP but shes probably the second most frustrating troll champion besides teemo, and maybe shaco, placing her at 3.

She's frustrating from a distance but that's kind of her thing. The second you get on top of her she usually blows up.

Lux is pretty good against most matchups, but she does have to hit her skills. Yasuo hands down is the champion i can't stand playing mid-lane against. It is primarily due to the fact that he has no mana and the low cooldown of most of his skills.

When I see him top it doesn't bother me that much because windwall is basically useless up there.
