Quality Change for Rammus

Hey Riot, I see that you are giving Rammus a good early jungle-clear buff on the PBE that's sure to also help his early ganking just the slightest, but there's one buff/change on Rammus that I have been absolutely dying for that I feel may not be so bad to implement. Late/Mid game at a time when Rammus does have to wave-clear, it's extremely frustrating when lane minions are the first to take the other's agro or steal it from Rammus before he can unleash a full duration of Defensing Ball Curl, but very satisfying when he can roll ahead of his own wave and take out that wave with a sizable build + Thornmail.

I'm suggesting a change to Puncturing Taunt. Would it be possible to change its activate so that in addition to taunting champions and large monsters, Rammus can also taunt a lane minion that taunts all nearby minions in about a 700 unit range for an extended duration? With that, his mid/late game clear time isn't doubled by his own minion wave or by chance of the enemy minions prioritizing other minions before Rammus and he can do what he already does if he had just extended and rolled ahead of it. As far as ganking goes, this change wouldn't affect that because more times than not, Rammus takes the minion agro when performing ganks and uses his taunt on the enemy champion anyway.

It would be really awesome to see a quality-of-life change on my favorite jungler. Thanks!
