Can we fix gold and experience for support for season 6?

These are 2 big issues of the game that need to be fixed in someway somehow. especially the experience one.

There is no way a player should feel penalized for playing a role, but this happen to support, because no matter what supp you play or how good your plays are 85% of the times you will be so much underleveled that you feel so stupid compared to the others. So if the goal of a videogame is to have fun, you should really prioritize having supports on the same level of the others.

Also, there so many new support items in this season, that would be so cool to use, but guess what, you can't. I know that support champions do very good with low to no gold, but it's awuful to feel so much behind the others. Not only that but you have to get always a sightstone, and a support item, so at best in a game you get to create 1 or 2 more completed items. This is just so wrong.
