If anything it was a slap on the wrist for considering how broken he already is. His sustain is one of the biggest jokes of league. I think I can speak for others that also deal with his crap when i say he could use some more adjustments to be atleast somewhat balanced. His current sustain is just absolutely ridiculous.

It was actually a bug fix. Riot knows that he's still not OK. I'd be surprised if we don't see anything by 7.11.
