The definition of a snowball type champion is imo Shaco. The worst game I ever played was against a Shaco that bought sword of the Occult and Mejais, fully stacked both by 20 minutes. I'll never forget that game lol. But I thought it would be a good snowball feature for Shaco once he is reworked.
People complain about snowballing enough. I really don't want people to start complaining about getting pushed back up that hill because their money vanished.

But stealing gold is an absolute no go. It would double the snowball, since it isn't just him getting additional gold, but taking away gold from an enemy as well.
Besides, I don't think such a passive would match him. Right now, his lore is that he is an awakened spooky doll. I don't think such a creature would care for something like gold at all.
Gangplank, Twisted Fate and Draven, they have gold generating abilities and passive. But it makes sense for them considering their lore. I don't see this being the case with Shaco.
