That ability is so frustrating and is so game changing for a 5 second cooldown. A champion that has Zhonyas every 5 seconds just breaks the game. He is an AP Assassin, yes he needs to be mobile but not this mobile and not this safe. Please think about this Riot. Thanks.
Cubíx3 votesthe reason the ability is overloaded is because it's fizz's only really strong move, so when it is on CD fight him. If he goes in with it he cant get out and if he gets out with it he cant go in (effectively). When he uses it offensively just move out of the way, and if he uses it defensively just wait to see where he lands and then go in.
B00B001 votesproblem is the CD is so freaking low and he is durable (if built right) and an absolute monster (if built + played right) his tidal surge can also be used to escape through a few minions.
it needs some healthy change, not something that breaks him into uselessness but something which doesn't make him such a frustrating bum hole.
Cubíx1 votesI can agree that its too op on tankier builds, the way he was meant to be played was as a glass cannon which is how the E is balanced, but with tank fizz and items like rylai's or roa becoming popular make him a bigger problem.

And riot, you can't rework every champion just because noobs getting beat up in the game by smurf. Last season my fiora was making a killing, you made it useless.
