What to do during a loss streak?

Recently promoted to Gold 2 and was happy about it. Decided to play a few games today and lost 4 in a row... demoted to gold 3. Taking a break to get some lunch right now then I'll probably play some more.

My question is how can i break this loss streak? I typically play Nami but the last four games made me feel sour about her. I wanna try Leona or Naut again but I was told they arent very good right now.

I'm not tilted at all and this has happened before where I promoted to gold 3 then demoted the same day but was able to climb back up easily. I'm confident i can climb back up but what are yalls tips for breaking a loss streak? Play other champs? Take a break for 24+ hours? Just keep playing as normal?

Warm up some nauty water boy in norms. If all goes well then hit the ranked. If it doesnt then maybe take a bit of a break.

I think fluxuating up and down in elo is a really good and healthy thing for any account. You should be able to see a difference in opponents skill level and use that to determine what they are doing wrong that allows you to abuse/control lane and learn from it. Even good players can be pressured into bad play if you know where and when to exploit. Back when I was fluxuating inbetween plat4 and plat2 I could tell the difference between the two and climb out of plat4 easier and easier each time exploiting their bad play. I probably went on 3-4 loss streaks taking me back into plat4, but again each time climbing felt a little easier until I didn't have a loss streak down that low ever again.

Losing might feel bad, but don't tilt. Trust in your ability to make the difference in lower elo games and carry. And then learn from it.

Basically just accept that this game is coin flip at this point until like, high diamond and master tiers.

Just stop playing ranked after two losses. Play again only when the emotion of those losses have evaporated. When you barely remember what happened in those games, it's safe to assume you're no longer tilted.

Take a break.

Watch a movie, Play a different game, go for a walk.

Do something to take your mind off the loss.

Try play at different times of the day, if your schedule allows you to. Pay attention to trends of people and their attitudes during those times of day and set a time span to play depending on those trends.

For example: starting later in the day is a bad idea because it is more likely that you will get somebody in your game who has been playing for a couple of hours and is titled from losing the last game or is on a loss streak. So starting to play earlier in the day (like 9 or 10 AM) might increase your chances of getting nontilted teammates or skillfully better teammates.

Sorry I kinda rambled on that. I tried to make it as easy to understand as I could, LMK if I could rewrite or edit it better.
