@Riot, what do you think about Volibear ?

Title. Do you think he needs buffs, nerfs, a rework or do you find him fine in his current state ? I think that he could use a ult rework, I just don't know, I don't really find his ult to be a part of his kit, its kinda weird. I think that he just doesn't have a theme, like he is a bear with armor, nice, but he needs a theme and a place, what is he ? I think that his lack of who he is makes it hard to give him a proper rework. I really don't know, I just feel like there is no real reason to pick him ,since there are other champs in the game that can do the same as him(Be a Massive meat shield) but better. He could also really use a VU and icon updates.
