can u nerf yasuo so hard to the point that no one knows what yasuo is because u cannot pick yasuo under diamond everyone is still banning him for somereasons that are clear to all ... its just insane the banrate he has right now :/ 38,9 % banrate according to league of graphs.

Sure, my allies could have cared less about dodging anything he'd done, taking his ult and darn near everything else to the face, but I'd broken even early game with him without any reason for my deaths being more than my own fault.
I mean, I'd still ban that mop headed arse in a heart beat, but the ban rate doesn't mean he's broken.
