Am i the only one thinking xayah and rakan's newest skins are like 450 RP and not 1350 RP?
They just feel rushed and invested very little effort into them. :/

I feel like most of the particles and abilities are on standard but the base models just look off.

975 at most
They don't look that good in my opinion,but they are certainly at least worth 975 RP. After all they do come with new models and effects.

Rakan just needs darker hair / featers (the contrast brightness on his white areas are too high) and a goatee, Xayah is perfect.
Yeah honestly not sure what Riot was thinking... The models are so so off
