Reduce the cast time on execution ultimates.

Whenever I play a champion like Garen or Darius, I always feel like the ultimate takes way too long to cast. I felt that way about Cho'gath as well, but after his Feast's cast time was reduced, it felt much smoother. I played a game as Garen, and the person I tried to cast my ultimate on was Kha'zix. I chased him, and tried ulting him 3 times, but every time, he got away. This wasn't 3 times during the game. This was 3 times in like 30 seconds. Garen says, For the Cause" and you honestly see glimpse of a blue sword falling (Steel Legion Garen) and even hear the sound effects, but Kha'zix just jumps away to the Golems. You chase him, and ult him again, with the same scenario, but he flashes into the baron pit, and he doesn't die. You flash into the baron pit as well, and ult him (same effects occur), but he goes stealth midway, so Garen is just standing on his knees again like a loser.

So here is what can be fixed. Reduce the cast time on execution ultimates. So with Garen's Demacian Justice, the enemy champion dies halfway through the ultimate animation, but the ultimates usual animation takes the full time. In other words, they take the damage before the sword drops on them.

It's so obvious when someone with an execution ultimate is going to ult you. It shouldn't take 1.5 seconds to ult.

This is more of a line of sight issue than a casting time issue. Back before Garen got his visual upgrade his ultimate would follow people into the fog of war. I clearly remember a time where I ulted a Shyvanna as she jumped over the blue side red buff wall, only to have a sword land on her when she hit the other side. The only real way to avoid it was to get out of range, which only a few champions like Ez and LeBlanc could realistically do.

However this changed when the visual upgrade happened. I don't know what they did or why they did it, as it was an undocumented change, but any break in line of sight will now interrupt the cast.

yeah they screwed up a bunch of garens stuff after that update. the R bug went back when spin was missing a tick.

That update is still a great example of how Riot's teams have no idea what the community wants.

We lost the punch, we got a sloppy looking spin that replaced the graceful Buzzsaw, Garen got WoW sized shoulders...

Just an ugly time overall
