Can we make Nautilus a jungler again?

was my 3rd champion on my main account I ever played alot and he was a jungler back then now he is a sub par support and a top laner who was nerfed out of the lane.

@thread Making nauts bonus damage on W happen regardless of his shield would go a long way to making his jungle clear a lot stronger.
