drop laning, start and all build up

One of the things that is an "issue" is how snowballing (to my way of thinking) is a pain in League. All an enemy team needs is a single champion that does a modest snowball, and the game is essentially over ... especially if they have any kind of mobility, which means they snowball all the more.

An easy fix would be to stop the build-up of champions, and start them at full build and "level 18" (i.e., all champions start at the end). You don't have to worry about a champ being strong to start and then dropping off (if they are all are balanced at full build, final form, then they are all balanced all the time). Sure, you'd have to be looking at the dynamic changing radically from what they are now, but at least you don't have any worry about someone getting behind, or that a single mistake tips the entire game. The whole game is important no matter what happens along the way. The team has to play well at every point in the game, and it doesn't let up ever. If a team got complacent because they got ahead, they would quickly get knocked back a notch (or two) and be looking at having to compete the whole game, instead of get a lead and then just maintain it.

Four corners defense was the ruin of college basketball ... the shot clock restored it. Full build, final form for all champions would do the same for league.

There might be need for the "store" to continue to exchange items ... but the items would all be free. Remember, the idea is to eliminate what went before and make the game "what have you done for me lately".

It would make it more interesting throughout. Lot of differences, but yeah, snowball is a pain.
