Ok can we get actual Lucian buffs?

The buffs were ok but far from enough. I mean far. Kalista's win rate went up and lucian stayed the same so obviously the buffs didn't work and did literally nothing for him. This isn't gonna be fixed either by the planned nerfs to CoC and lethality buff and lethality item buffs that are on the pbe right now. We know this and we know you guys know this too. Is there a plan for buffs for him the next following patch.

Where are you seeing that his winrate hasn't increased? I see that it has, and his play rate has too.

lucian is probably rather strong right now, these buffs were far from "did literally nothing for him". The bread and butter of his kit was tuned up pretty severely.

I personally thought they gave him TOO much last patch.
