What is a good league overlay program?

I've seen them, but don't know what they're called. Where it shows you every players stats on champions and in games, mmr ect.

These things are legit to use right?

There is a cool program like that with Overwolf its called LoLWiz

I'd be careful about those programs. Riot said they make useful learning tools, But they would only allow them in Custom games.
