Someone who got messed up with the preseason but Riot hasn't looked at him yet

And it's Jayce. The preseason has not been kind for Jayce for several reasons:

1. The Brutalizer was removed. This was a core item on Jayce (And many other champions, whose win rate also dropped) since it gave CDR and Armor pen, Jayce's 2 favorite things
2. The masteries and the fact that because the flat bonus ad masteries were removed , all adcs got a base ad increase (Except for Miss, who got a new passive, so she hits like a truck anyway) but Jayce got nothing. It's small , but noticeable
3. The fact that Muramana was not updated in the marksmen update. This item has always been a niche item, and now it's more so. Only Jayce and Urgot always build it, and the occasional Mid lane Varus and maybe if you are lucky, you'll see a Ezreal build it. But other then that , I thought for sure it was going to be updated. And here is the kicker, the toggle effect doesn't even work with your EQ combo, only with you Q and E in hammer form. I think that the item could give more ad, and the toggle effect damage could be halved for aoe spells.

So if you stop and think about it, most of Jayce's problems aren't even his fault (Brutalizer and Muramana are items,not Jayce's problem) and I think that Riot could work on those. As far as Jayce goes, I think that a buff to his base ad would be nice, and I do hate his W cannon form since he is not a auto attack reliant champion so it's kinda meh having 2.5 Attack Speed, other then for some harass . Anyways, it is worth noting that not all was bad for Jayce, the addition of Death's Dance was perfect since the heal is nice because unlike BT I don't have to auto to heal, I can use my combo + the item grants CDR. So what I do is build that and not even get the CDR Boots, I usually buy boots of speed and those along with alacrity , my passive and E in cannon form make me feel like Speedy Gonzales on Crack .
