I'm talking about Piercing Arrow.

It used to be the centerpiece of his kit. He was for players who liked sniping, poking, sieging.

It's what you played around.

Remember the days of the Legolas build? Remember Manamune Varus? AD-caster Varus?

Look at him now. You build around blight. You don't stack AD anymore. You aren't a poke champion anymore. Piercing Arrow gets maxed last and is only ever used as a tool to pop blight when you don't have any other skills.

He isn't Varus anymore.

He's Kog'maw with a root.

God forbid Varus is actually using the entirety of his kit now instead of building around one or two abilities lol.

Passive, W, and E made up most of his all-in potential, while his ult let him contribute massive utility to a teamfight.

His E was a little weak, maybe, but it was still useful.

Those bits are still intact, but his Q is no longer an ability you use.

Yeah I sure do miss being chunked by a Q from the fog of war or over a wall, then hit with a snare so he can't miss.

He just seems like he stacks attack speed like Kog, stands still and autos everyone to death. Gotta love the "skill" involved in ADC's now.

The problem is his passive, it lets him be kog by killing a minion or champ.

Wait, wtf is a passive. Fiora . Diana Shen Vladimir Yasuo Urgot why would a champion passive not fit his play style? Kayn legit doesn't have one for a good chunk of the game.
