Riot these Galio changes are so bad.

PBE his w base damage is going down but he gets a high ap ratio and his e base damage is also going down.

I think they're trying to nerf support galio but it doesn't nerf support galio since he is played for cc, yes the base damage helps but that's not the reason you pick it, and there not going down enough to effective him too.

Also there just bad for galio balance wise since it hurts tank galio and buffs ap galio, like 90% ap ratio on the w wtf. No wants ap galio to be good when he is a fucking burst mage.

Changes like this make me think riot is just listening to all of the full ap galio players even though it will NEVER BE BALANCED DUE TO THE KIT.

Riot nerf his cc but buff his base damage or nerf his cc and take out the damage reduction per ap while increasing his ap ratio on his passive. Both these changes more him towards a ap bruiser/ tank and less of a burst mage.
