Can we unlock all champs in aram?

Like.. it's kinda annoying to get smashed by people who just happen to ONLY play aram so they have a clean account that has ONLY champions that are good in ARAM... and yes, I know there's very few of these out there, but it's still annoying.. Especially when a few of those are on the free rotation so new players who don't own a lot of champions tend to get those champions a lot. Aram is about having fun playing a RANDOM champion, not a champion that was picked from a pool that covers less than 10% of the entire champion population. That's not really random, it's kind of predictable at that point. I can't think of one bad thing that will come from unlocking all champions in aram. It can't be exploited (while the current form can be exploited), you have rerolls so if youdon't like what you get you can try again, it varies the champions that you'll see in the game, and puts everyone on a more even playing ground, which will increase the amount of fun most people have in it. I get tired of basically just seeing veigar, brand and the free week champions. The only people that will be harmed are aram only accounts who have purposefully only purchased champions that are op in aram, but those guys are pretty annoying so I mean. yeah.
