Player-specific ping mutes

When one person on your team is being an idiot and spamming pings like none other, and I have to mute ping volume, its kind of annoying, especially when I need to hear my other teammates pings. I had this one ahri that rage quit(sorta) and only stayed in the game to spam pings at everyone. LITERALLY all she did, sat in fountain and danced, and spammed pings. And if player-specific ping mutes were a thing, the chat notification being eliminated would also be great.
