Red Shade of Enemy Entities' Previous Location in Fog of War

Entities that disappear into fog of war imprints a red shade at their last observed location. This includes jungle monsters. Is this a passive of a particular champion? I've never noticed before.

item 3341 item 3364 are responsible.

The Red Trinkets do that now instead of outright revealing the target, like they did before. This also works for (and I don't know why I'm telling you this as an Eve main) stealthed champions, like Evelynn, Teemo, and Shaco.
