Thoughts on Lucian?

Between underpowered and balanced. He's decent as an ad caster but he doesn't excel at any point in the game. His strengths aren't strong enough to warrant bringing him, but if you bring him anyway it's not a death sentence.

Very poor choice to pick right now. He is the lowest range adc, while not even the safest. His early game has been nerfed so many times, because he was actually good then like he was supposed to be, that he is only mediocre early. Complete with how bad his late game is that was made worse with the range nerfs, he is never really great at any point in the game and there are several picks that could do his job better. His risk far out way his rewards, when you have champions like & who are just as good as him early, while far better than him late.

He is in a semi-healthy state right now. I believe he could enter the meta again if his passive is buffed and the E was reworked for that cooldown and mana cost, considering it's practicly absurd right now.

Depends on the player and the build.

I feel he is a little weak. My problem is if riot wants him to stay at 500 range, he needs better defense to survive. Look at kindred for example who has the same range. At level 2, she is able to dash 5 times with a 2 second interval with no cooldown reduction. Lucian on the other hand has to max his e, plus get 40% CDR, and constantly hit his target to get a defense system similar. And it not like his burst damage is amazing not to mention he has no CC. His ult is near useless late and the W can be clunky.

RNG double crits too OP

I remember Lucian as the top hyper carry. No Vayne or Tristana would even consider dueling you. Now he's an antiquated remnant lol.
