eve just got some major buffs isnt this a bit over the top ?

recently started playing eve and i noticed she can duel some melee's she shouldnt beat by staying out of aa range and keep on trowing hate spikes at them or kite skilshots while being verry mobile in a fight because of this id say is verry strong with her with it being buffed id asume evelyn is gonne do pretty good

how ever giving a 40% slow to her q wich is bascily a perma slow on her while being able to cast these while moving and kiting seems a litle bit over the top doesnt it ?

seems like a pretty decent buff to her and all of a sudden made her somewhat viable gets buffed where evelyn is allot about moving while fighting gets buffed to work with her kit wich makes it easier for her to kite around other people

these 3 items give her a total of 220 ap and 700 hp while having her build in mana regen and a shitload of effects isnt this a bit much ??

Q is treated as multi-target not single.

With the Rylai's changes, multi-target (AoE) abilities now slow for 40%.

dont u think on a champ who already is able to dance around other champs while firing hate spikes at them giving her a 40% slow is a litle over the top ??

considering all the other silent buffs she already got ??

Look, my main has not seen shine for a very long time. Thus, Q has messed up missile speed.

dont get me wrong i started playing evelyn before all of these updates and i felt like she was doing pretty good with just the new item 3708

but all of this seems to be a litle over the top like i said evelyn already excels in dancing around champs while hitting them with q

Well, you have right. I admit I have noticed it too. But if they have plans for some nerfs, change to the ultimate won't be bad-trade for trade. ;) I am more aware of Alex Ich, uhh...

i just played her im pretty sure the slow was waaaaaay bigger than 20% go to 7:48 on the video and youl see it yourself im not entirely sure but it looks like a 40% slow
