What happens now? Is she going to end up in a Fizz like state where she’s unbeatable, but no one complains too much because she’s not a common pick?

How the hell is she op? She's still gutted from her previous nerfs and her wave clear is atrocious.
Zoe is very balanced atm, its a player issue at this point.
She really isnt that op anymore cause they nerfed her crap, but what did they expect, they give mobility to a long range poke champ, ofc its going to be broken.
I mean everyone knows, every long range poke champion weakness is the lack of mobility. Imagine if you give Lux mobility, say replace her W with a dash... She can already oneshot squishes with her combo, ofc it would be broken.
Or lets say take a mobility champ with poke that already exists for a long time: ezreal, can he when fed oneshot with a single Q? does he have a 5 sec cc? no
I dont get it how riot released this without realizing it will be broken...
Buffing a champion out of the gutter doesn't make them broken just because she was broken before. She doesn't do nearly as much damage as on release and her buffs only really affected waveclear. W buffs also help her kite more I guess.
