Can we do something about this overused Thunderlord's Decree mastery?

Everyone seems to literally use it on ANY champions they're using. Doesn't this make Mastery building before every game typically boring?

All of these "Too much Thunderlord's" posts are getting supper annoying now. It has already been said a thousand times that Riot are buffing all of the other underused masteries and nerfing Precision (which was half the reason people went down the Cunning tree anyway). Going on surrender@20 once every now and then wouldn't hurt you.

well, if rito didn't make every other mastery so god damn fucking specialized to a certain type of build, then we wouldn't have this problem

Rito is already buffing other masteries, TLD is not op but other masteries are way too weak rn
